The Dunster Mill Loaf Pan, 800g (11x30x9cm)
The Dunster Mill Loaf Pan measures 11cm wide, 30cm long and 9cm high, suitable for approximately 800g dough.
The pan is made from SPS, a technical food-grade polymer that is completely non-stick, removing the need for any coating. It can be dishwashed and should outlast any non-stick coated metal bread tin.
Before first use - blind bake the empty pan at 200C, lightly greased, for 10 mins to let it cure in a well-ventilated room (there may be a slight odour as the pan cures). After first use, there should be no odour apart from your tasty bakes.
Â
General use:Â bake at up to 250C (but do not grill).
