If you need a super-fine dusting of flour or icing sugar then this professional mesh-top shaker or dredger is perfect. No more trying to sprinkle four or sugar finer with a spoon or your fingers.

This stainless-steel sifter is 13.5 cm high, and 7cm across, and weighing just 200g, it's a perfect height and width so your hands can wrap around it, and won't feel heavy at all.

The screw top makes it easy to fill, and the fine mesh also keeps the flour or sugar safe inside.

A great help when your rolling laminated dough, like croissant or puff pastry. Buy two and keep one for flour and one for icing sugar for the perfect viennoiserie kit.

Use it with flour to finish bread loaves, baguettes and rolls when you want a perfect final dusting of flour on top just before you bake them.

Easy to clean: just empty the contents out, and wash in warm lightly-soapy water, then rinse and leave to dry.
