A large, professional stainless steel drum sieve with a fine mesh suitable for sifting flour. This sieve has a 20cm diameter and 6cm high with a hanging loop for storage. The mesh size is 1x1mm.

Use this sieve for your general baking for a fine sift - use it with your flour milling.

Suitable for dishwashing.
