Such a fine book. It is an extensive collection of terrific recipes but the forwards about the history and traditions of each are so interesting. There is no recipe I didn't want to cook

Have to confess I bought this for some of the bread recipes and for the pizza base. The book is just incredible though - its really inspired me to have a go at things I would never have tried. The range of recipes is incredible and they consistently look like things I'd like to try. Top marks on this book, have recommended to a few people already.
