Wildfarmed T65 is an excellent all-round white bread making flour, free from pesticides, herbicides and fungicides. It gives bread a light open texture and is Wildfarmed's closest flour to a conventional strong bread flour. Although its headline protein content may not be as high as other white flours, it has great elasticity and oven spring.
Available in 1.5kg and 16kg bags.
