LeSaffre Sa-Pizza Instant Yeast uses a unique formulation that allows your pizza base stay stretched and not shrink back. In a handy 500g vacuum pack.

Instant dried yeast from LeSaffre/DCL specifically formulated to give extra elasticity to your pizza dough. in a shorter time, the dough is easier to stretch and shape without shrinking experienced by general-purpose yeast. Supplied in 500g vacuum packed bags.

Application: use it as you would your usual instant yeast (10g per 1kg flour). Once opened, keep in a sealed container in a cool, dry place.

Ingredients: yeast (saccharomyces cerevisae), emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate (E491).

Gluten: Does Saf-Pizza Instant Yeast contain gluten? No, none of the LeSaffre dry instant or dry active yeasts contain gluten. All are suitable for GF diet but they are not certified.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
