A loaf or plum cake mould for 200g loaf-shaped cakes. The cases have bottom measurements of 150mm x 65mm and are 50mm high (tops approximately 180 x 80mm). The paper is fully degradable and is heat and alcohol resistant, they are self-supporting and suitable for oven and presentation use. Use these cases for cakes such as carrot cake - just add the cake batter to the case and bake - no need for a tin or any other support, and leave the cake in the case for attractive presentation.

Note that by design, the cases have a few tiny perforations to let out excess moisture and to help avoid a soggy bottom.

Great quality cake cases. I bake for family and if I bake a usual cake recipe it’s too much for 2 people so these cases are a perfect size whereas I can split the recipe and bake smaller cakes/traybakes. Plus I froze cakes in them before Christmas from my previous order and the cake and case were really well presented. This is a repeat order as the quality of the cases and the fast order and delivery process can’t be criticised. I will be ordering more.

Does the job right. It has little holes for airing but I had to cover them with greeseproof paper to avoid the cake batter from leaking. Aside this, it's perfect! Will be buying more in the future.
