Organic brown flour (Setaccio, literally "sifted") is stoneground from soft wheat blend mixed to obtain a flour suitable for the preparation of bread, pizza, cookies, shortbread, fresh and dried pasta, sweets and many other uses including bread sticks. Master millers Marino Marino flours have no added gluten and other improvers.
