Organic Basil-Infused Flower of Salt (Fleur du Sel Basillic), 130g

Fleur du Sel Basillic combines delicate flower of the sea salt crystals (the first fine crystals that first form as the seawater starts to evaporate) with the savoury, aromatic notes of basil. Deliciously lightly crunchy when sprinkled onto fresh tomatoes with olive oil and a host of other uses. For example, sprinkled on tomatoes on crackers, in guacamole, in mozzarella salads and on pasta sauces. It is worth a try on grilled salmon, a favourite at Esprit du Sel.

Supplied in a screw-top glass jar containing 130g Fleur du Sel Basillic, keep in a cool, dry place.
