Molino Bongermino Soft Wheat Type 2
Molino Bongermino soft wheat type 2 is a slightly more wholemeal (less sifted) version of Molino Bongermino soft wheat type 1 flour. It is a roller-milled flour reminiscent of a stoneground semi-wholemeal or brown flour only much finer. The husks are removed and the grain is roller-milled separating the components with a small of the bran and fibre added back to give it a little more fibre than a typical roller-milled white. The resultant flour is light brown, fine and strong making this very tasty flour suitable for general breadmaking.
