Molino Bongermino semola for pasta is hard durum wheat milled and re-milled to make a very fine yellow flour that is ideal for making classic durum wheat pasta. For a basic pasta recipe use semola:water 2:1, so for example, 300g semola and 150g water with a pinch of salt.
Ingredients: remilled Durum wheat flour
