A lovely, reliable recipe book with a wide range of traditional Jewish breads from Challah to Bagels with lots of variations. We have tried several of them ourselves including the Rosemary Challah and also the Tomato and Basil Challah which were big hits at home. It's a very readable book and one to have at hand on the kitchen shelf.
