Mockmill - KitchenAid, AEG and Electrolux Accessory

The Mockmill, which fits AEG, Electrolux, KitchenAid, and Kenmore stand mixers, produces gently-milled flour, just as much as you need at a time and to your recipe. It can be used for milling low-moisture, non-oily grains, legumes and spices. As a convenient attachment, this mill takes up none of your precious kitchen workspace.

The mill can produce about 60g per minute, based on a soft wheat: the amount will vary according to the fineness and cereal that is being milled. So, you can make any flour according to your needs or preference – whether it’s raw, vegan, low-carb, gluten-free or just imaginative flour! Run the mill for 45 minutes before giving it a 10-minute rest - that is after around 2.5kg.
