Matthews Stoneground YQ Population Bread Flour
Really love this flour - have been mixing it with white and am pleased with the results. Only gripe is the delivery - the company Bakery Bits uses simply couldn't be bothered to deliver. They even took a clear photo of my house from 50m down the road on one attempt - as if they'd attempted delivery of a 10kg+ package from that far instead of pulling up a few metres from my front door! Many calls later and still none the wiser as to why they came so close twice but didn't attempt delivery - had it sent to a post office in the end, which was frustrating as the parcel also contained fresh yeast which was left at ambient temps for an extra 5 days.

With regard to DPD - most of the time they are by far the best delivery company in terms of price, speed of delivery, reliability and trackability. But - they do get it wrong once in a while like any other and this is very annoying. It looks like they were in the right street when they tried to deliver. Have you tried the DPD App? It is very good and gives you the ability to control delivery much more: you can add a photo of your building, add your What3Words location and see the scheduled delivery time amongst other things. Not just for our deliveries but in general it's one worth installing - hopefully it'll avoid any future driver errors.
