Matthews Cotswold Malted Rye is a wholesome blend of rye and high protein wheat, with added rye flakes to create a dark and rich dough packed with flavour, ideal for tasty bread. The stoneground wholegrain rye retains its nutritional value from all three parts of the rye grain for improved nutrition and taste. 

This flour makes a country-style bread with a distinctive aroma and flavour coming from the malted flakes. Ideal for making sourdough and for long fermentation loaves.
