Long-Handled Bread or Pizza Peel for Bread Ovens, 12" blade
Long-handled, simple bread or pizza peel with a 30cm aluminium blade and a long wooden handle (overall length is 98cm), ideal for our Four Grand-Mère bread ovens and also for the Woody and Ooni pizza ovens.
This is a long-handled peel, perfect for sliding bread or pizza in and out of a hot wood-fired oven quickly reducing heat loss, allowing the door or "stop gap" of the bread oven door to be closed.
This peel has a very thin, aluminium blade for long-life, and a very long, wooden handle. The blade is 12" (30cm) square; the overall length including the handle is 98cm, ideal for use with a bread oven.
With a dusting of flour or semolina before sliding dough into the oven, this is an invaluable tool for the breadmaker.
