Reusable Linen Cover for 500g-1kg Oval Cane Bannetons

Made for BakeryBits in UK from high-quality linen, our banneton cover is the sustainable answer to covering your proofing dough with a plastic shower cap. The elasticated trim allows for the cover to be popped over the edge of your proofing basket keeping the dough moist while it rises, preventing it forming a leather-like crust.

This cover is designed to fit our oval cane proofing basket between 500g and 1kg.

Care: the cover is made from linen and so may be machine washed on a cool (30C) setting. Make sure that the cover is fully dried after each use.

Note: suitable for our 500g-1kg OVAL cane baskets.
