The Hawos Billy 1 mill for grinding grain into flour is housed in sustainably grown extremely strong birch plywood. The 360W motor and 100mm corundum stones allow the Billy 1 to mill approximately 125g per minute fine flour or up to 300g per minute on the coarser setting.

The German-made Hawos Billy 1 has a generous 1.3kg hopper, a 10 year warranty and is tested with gluten-free grain.
