The HI981038 bread and dough pH tester has been designed by Hanna instruments to help dough and bread makers monitor the pH of their product. This tester features a large display, one button operation and an easy to clean specialised conic tipped pH electrode and with a food grade body.
A particular advantage of the Hannah Instruments pH meter is that it can compensate for temperature, unlike cheaper versions. It means that the material being tested can simply be tested - rather than heating or cooling it to a specific temperature for an accurate test. It makes this device very much more convenient to use.
