Elego Rye is becoming extremely popular in the UK as it makes amazing bread flour and is great for crackers and biscuits - milled finely or course.

A winter variety of rye developed in Austria, Elego rye is very good grown in low input systems such as organically as it grows to 2m tall suppressing weeds, it is drought tolerant, matures early and has good disease resistance.
