Essential Oil of Wild Italian Mint

Our essential oil of mint is exceptionally strong, made with wild Italian mint for an intense mint flavour. Use sparingly in baking, ice-cream, chocolates - the list goes on.

Baking expert, Dan Lepard, says,

"Make a mint-flavoured coconut pound cake, mix it into a thick rich chocolate ganache. Or add a little to chocolate chip cookies and brownies. Mint is a beautiful vibrant flavour that has so many baking uses"

Use: The classic flavour to add to chocolate and coconut recipes, fillings and toppings. Use ½ -­ 1 tsp per 500g of mixture or liquid.

Storage: Keep cool and away from direct sunlight. Keep closed.
