Dough scoring knife made from ABS with a stainless-steel blade - in a pack of 10. The knife blade has a snap-off cover and very popular amongst French bakers for slashing or scoring bread dough just prior to baking. Used in production bakeries as they have a disposable knife we have found that they last well in a domestic kitchen.

Light-weight and with a fixed blade, the knife measures 145x12mm. Pack of 10.
