A dough cutter with an integral handle (120 x 104mm) and a curved cutting edge. Made from stiff plastic so kind on your work-surfaces and easy to clean, but stiff enough to make dividing dough into portions for scaling easy.

This cutter is dishwashable and is basic item for any artisan baker: you'll find that you use it all the time when doing a batch of breads and rolls.
