The School of Artisan Food is dedicated to inspiring and helping people from all walks of life to learn about healthy, sustainable and delicious food. We offer a wide range of hands-on courses taught by world-class tutors, in a unique environment within the grounds of the beautiful Welbeck Estate in Nottinghamshire. Our courses range from 1/2 short courses, 1-5 day courses, a four week Summer School and an Advanced Diploma in Artisan Baking, plus a FdSc and BSc (Hons) in Artisan Food Production in partnership with Nottingham Trent University. Baking courses include Introduction to Artisan Bread Baking, Italian Baking and Pizza Making, Introduction Bagels, Mindful Bread, French Baking and more. Viennoiserie courses include Introduction to Viennoiserie, Advanced Lamination, and Vegan Viennoiserie, while patisserie courses include a 3 day course in Creative Patisserie, and a 5 day Advanced Patisserie course.
