Simply Sourdough is our most popular course, suitable for bakers with some or no experience, or anyone wanting to learn a new skill. Prepare and bake a wholemeal wheat sourdough loaf and a 100% rye sourdough loaf and prepare a sourdough pizza dough to take home with you. We provide you with the skills and confidence to make your own delicious, nutritious sourdough bread at home. This course will get you started, or help you progress, by providing a reliable process, sound understanding and skills to produce consistently good results.
