Sourdough Starter: how to maintain, when to use and what to do with any wastage Sourdough Loaf: full guidance on how to make a loaf, beginning to end Focaccia: make your own slow fermented focaccia.
Demonstration of how to make Sourdough Seeded Crackers and Sourdough Rye Loaf.
A delicious homemade lunch will be served along with refreshments in the morning and afternoon.
The day will run from 09.30am until approx. 4pm After a wonderful day out, you will leave with some beautiful home baked produce and the guidance to recreate what you have made again at home.
