Challenger Pair of Sourdough Storage Jars, 85mm diameter

A pair of glass and bamboo sourdough storage jars from Challenger Bakeware. Each is 85mm in diameter and has markings up the side so that you can watch as your refreshed starter climbs the jars. A pair means that you can keep two starters, such as a wheat one and another of rye.

The glass is borosilicate, a non-porous glass that’s lead and BPA-free, making it a perfectly safe, durable, and eco-friendly home for your thriving starter.

Care:

Please wash both glass jar and bamboo lid by hand. Be sure to remove seal and clean. We recommend stirring contents in the jar with a silicone spatula.
