The Victoria Cookware 16.5cm (6.5") virtually unbreakable cast-iron tortilla press is commercial-grade and built from high-quality cast iron with the cooking mind. (The team at Victoria like to demonstrate these presses by standing on the lever!). It features a reinforced design with engineered plates that avoid pinching and a reinforced base for better resistance.

This durable tortilla,  taco and burrito maker has an ergonomic curved handle lever that helps create the perfect tortilla size with each use. The press is pre-seasoned with non-GMO, Kosher-certified flaxseed oil. It also features a textured, engineered skin that maintains seasoning better than other presses without a pebbly feeling. With a few easy steps, it will stay in great shape and will be ready to create delicious street taco flour tortillas, arepas, roti, empanadas, patacones etc. It’s also great for making custom tortillas based on dietary needs, including gluten-free, paleo, and wheat or maize (masa flour) tortillas. Victoria’s versatile tortilla maker press is PTFE and PFOA free and contains no synthetic chemicals.

Use: tortilla presses are used to press the dough to the classic tortilla shape and thickness, prior to cooking. Often the dough is pressed between 2 pieces of baking paper to keep the press clean.

Dimensions: L: 20cm, W: 16cm, H: 7.5cm for 16.5cm or 6.5" diameter tortillas.

Weight: 3.2kg

Care: Wipe clean, dry thoroughly and occasionally wipe over with a light vegetable oil then store in a dry place.
