John and James started Woody Ovens Ltd in 2021, having backgrounds in cooking and product development and saw an opportunity to make the ideal table-top pizza oven working with a range of fuels including wood pellets and kindling. Importantly, the Woody Oven was designed to include the utensils needed without the necessity to buy other items and has a weather-proof cover for putting away between bakes. Since starting, Woody Oven Ltd has been voted "Best wood-fired oven" by BBC Good Food and awarded "Best value" by Ideal Home. With a strong ethical stance, Woody Oven plants 10 trees for every oven sold.
