Handmade in Shropshire, this 10" black spun-iron pie dish will last a lifetime. It measures 10" in diameter and 1.5" high from 2mm iron which has been pre-seasoned for immediate use.
Safe to use to at least 300C, it it tough, versatile and attractive.

Usage and Care
Ideally clean with a damp cloth, submerge and wash if necessary, taking care to completely dry it before putting away.
The dish is pre-seasoned but can be re-seasoned easily by wiping with a light vegetable (not olive or nut oil) and then heating up to 250C and keeping there for 1 hour. Do not dish-wash.
