Beautifully made for BakeryBits from soft, pale blue Italian leather, our 3-finger oven gloves are rated for working at up to 300C. The extra finger, for the index finger, gives extra dexterity allowing you to use finger and thumb more precisely. The glove is an impressive 36cm long - long enough to protect your forearm against touching the sides of the oven or catching on whatever hot vessel you are handling (we speak from experience). The extra 15cm of insulation that extends from the fingertips means your whole hand is protected so that you can be confident when handling hot trays, Challenger pans, pans etc.
