Designed to fit directly onto your Ankarsrum Assistent Original mixer, the vegetable cutter attachment is made to the usual exceptional Ankarsrum quality that you would expect for grating and slicing. Complete with a slicing, coarse and medium coarse drum.

• Use the medium coarse drum is for root, other raw vegetables, nuts, fruits and cheese.
• Use the coarse drum to grate vegetables and fruit for soups and pies. It's also good for chocolate, cheese and nuts.
• The slicing drum is ideal for slicing potatoes, onions, root vegetables and fruits.
