Based on a US recipe I was looking for "red label" instant yeast for brioche loaf and your website gave me this recommendation. I've never done before such a bread so I have nothing to compare with but I think I've got the right end result. The dough leavened a half more size after resting and it doubled by the end of baking. The brioche was full of mini bubbles and the consistency was as chewy as I imagined it. I don't like the supermarket brioche that falls apart as you touch it. I'm just a home cook with a little professional experience, so I might be wrong but the yeast does its work. I fully recommend it.

The title says it all. Product range is great and, when it arrives, it's in good condition and well packed. But delivery is slow and inconsistently so. Sometimes a week, sometimes longer. And, if delivery is delayed as items are out of stock there is no communication or the option of splitting deliveries. I know it's a small company and allowances can be made. But in a post Amazon world people expect rapid delivery and active communication.
