This USA Pan Pullman Loaf Pan from USA Pan is made from commercial grade bakeware, designed for home use and measures 9" x 4" x 4" (23cm x 10cm x 10cm and 27cm x 10cm x 12cm including the lid). Designed by the world's largest manufacturer of industrial bakeware, USA Pan bakeware is constructed from heavy gauge aluminium steel and features a unique fluted surface that adds strength and facilitates air circulation for even baking. Each pan is coated with clear, non-stick, environmentally friendly silicone that is specifically formulated for baking and contains no PTFE or PFOA.

As a guide, expect to use about 900g dough for this pan.

Suitable for use at temperatures up to 230°C or 450F, the pan should be hand-washed with mild detergent using a sponge, then rinsed and dried thoroughly.

As soon as it was delivered I baked my first Pullman loaf and it was perfect. Good size loaf and I’m just about to bake again. This pan is very well made and I’m sure it will last a very long Time. I may treat myself and purchase the smaller one.

This recent purchase of a Pullman Bread Pan is my second bread pan from Bakerybits. This bread pan is very enjoyable to use. It is of very good quality. My loaves always come out very nicely and it is very easy to clean. One bonus point is the lid which enable me to make a flat top sandwich loaf !

Second attempt using this pan turned out perfect, first time I tried the Shokupan recipe but it didn't quite work, second time I baked a sourdough sandwich loaf and it was perfect! I did have to adjust the quantities since the recipe I had was based on a smaller pullman so I was a little sceptical whether it would work but it worked perfectly! I'd add a photo if I could see how to do it. Both loaves slipped out no trouble at all once cooled a little. Will be using this quite a bit I think!
