PandiSempre is a blend of organic (natural stone-ground) soft wheat, enkir and farro. The enkir and farro act as natural 'additives' (in place of malt, sugars, enzymes etc). It is good for everything - Genovese-style focaccia, breadsticks, bread and pizza. We know of no other similar flour in the UK.
