The Dough Whisk, also known as the Danish Dough Whisk, an excellent tool for mixing the ingredients of bread prior to kneading. This is a marvellous tool: it breaks up the lumps and gets the water, flour and any sourdough starter mixed up ready for the first knead.
Actually, it is good for the first mixing of doughs and cake mixes - once you try it, you'll use it all the time.
Choose between the standard whisks are 35cm long with a whisk 6cm in diameter and the large whisk which is 37cm long with a whisk diameter of 8.5cm. The handles are made from lacquered beech - this one has the dark handle.
