We are continually making improvements as they are identified and as materials become available. All our bubble-wrap and filler packaging is bio-degradable as are the larger bags we use for transport. We reuse packaging we receive in our deliveries, as appropriate to reduce waste. Our paper is recycled and we are in the process of identifying suitable degradable parcel tapes and document wallets. There is always more to do! Dispatch Time Orders are normally dispatched within a working day. You will receive an email letting you know that your order has been shipped, with tracking information where provided by the courier.
