Cases for individual Panettone (known in Italy as Pirottini), or "Panettoncini", a traditional Italian sweetened celebratory cake for Christmas but commonly eaten year-round. These cases have a 60mm or 2.5" diameter and are suitable for approximately 100g or 4oz dough.
