  1. Can the cases be used in the oven?
    Yes, the panettone cases are designed to hold the dough in the oven and for the baked panettone to remain in the case until the cake is eaten.
  2. What temperature can the cases withstand?
    They are designed to withstand a moderately hot oven, 220DegC.
  3. Are the cases freestanding, or do they need to go in a tin?
    They are designed to be freestanding and do not need to be supported.
  4. Where can I find some panettone and Colomba Pasquale recipes?
    Cresci is an excellent book for panettone; we have a lovely recipe for Colomba Pasquale and the Zeb Bakes blog also has some links to panettone recipes.

Panibois Wooden Baking Cases

  1. Can the Panibois baking cases be reused?
    The cases are designed to be used once but can, in practice, be used several times - they just get a shade darker after each use. We have spare paper liners available for those that want to reuse cases.
