The holder is made from blue plastic and holds a unique, patented, replaceable and detectable blue plastic blade or lamé which has each corner numbered from 1 to 4 to allow for rotation and maximum blade life. The blue plastic blade is excellent for commercial operations since the lamé is detectable and is a little less sharp than the stainless steel versions, making it more suited for larger, commercial operations.
