When you enter your details, please double-check that your postal and email addresses are correct and please provide a contact telephone number in the event that the courier needs to contact you.
For very small items we charge 95p+VAT, for packets to about 1.5kg the default shipping method is Royal Mail 1st class, and for this we charge £2.95+VAT and for heavier items we charge a flat £4.95+VAT for fully tracked courier delivery with a small surcharge for London Congestion Charge addresses. Orders to outlying areas of UK, heavy enough to be sent by courier, are charged at very near to the actual carriage cost that we are charged.
Upgraded Services
Fully tracked: delivery may be upgraded from standard Royal Mail for all UK to a fully tracked courier.
Urgent and Timed services: where services are available, we offer Royal Mail next day by 1pm delivery for smaller packets and a range of timed and tracked courier services according to the delivery address. The options are shown for your order in the checkout. To guarantee timed delivery, your order should be with us by 1pm.
Tracked Services: Our couriers can give you delivery schedules and progress notification by SMS if you provide your mobile number in the checkout.
All lighter packages are sent by Royal Mail Airmail International Signed-for and for countries where it is available, Royal Mail Airsure which is tracked end-to-end. For heavier packages (and for lighter ones if you choose), orders are sent by fully tracked courier. Our charges are calculated in the checkout, when you choose your country, the charge is based on the weight of the package and closely reflects the actual charges that we incur.Royal Mail Airmail aims to deliver in 3-5 working days. Courier delivery times vary from courier to courier and destination to destination. Where we receive one, we always copy the tracking number for your courier delivery to your order information which you receive as the order is shipped.
